WebSaving a 16 bit image. PNG. TIFF. Searched endlessly. Tried OpenCV/EmguCV. I am using emguCV to read two 16 bit PNG files, subtract them, display the result then save the image. Everything works but the image saving. C# saves it and ImageJ reads that file as an RGB file. It's not correct. I have tried C# save, emguCV save, and emguCV imwrite.
