One way is to use a Control Toolbox dropdown, linked to the cell beneath it and with its MatchRequired property set True and its Style property set to frmStyleDropdownList. WebIn the Ribbon, go to Data > Data Validation. In the Data Validation window, choose List in the Allow drop down, and click on the arrow next to the Source box. Select the range containing list items (C1:C9) and press ENTER. Click OK to confirm and exit the Data Validation window. Now, there’s a drop-down list in C11 with the names above as items.

The inclusion of the letters of the alphabet into the list allow you to open the list at whichever letter you want thus reducing the scrolling required. It does not do any sort of auto complete.
