WebBackdrop filters have been temporarily disabled while Mozilla refactors some code. Not working in 102.0 for me. U must re enable it in the config. I had the same problem and it worked again with 102.0. Works for me once again, also seems they removed the visual glitching! Only issue is proformance. Here's the effect: I tried the usual css property filter: blur(10px) but that only blurred the container itself and not the background behind the element. After some research i found a super simple one line css property to do just that.
