If you export channel settings from another radio to a CSV file, you can import that CSV into the newly-downloaded image, then upload the merged image back to the radio. I don't have a QRZ-1 to confirm it, but I would assume that you would unlock it in the same manner that you would for a TYT TH-UV88 or Retevis RT85. Just google "th-uv88 unlock".
