WebJun 4, 2024 · This team of about 5 users all have Full Access and Send As access to a shared mailbox. I added the new user to the shared mailbox, granting him the same access as an existing user in O365 EAC. Today it's been reported to me that this user can receive external emails but not internal emails in this shared mailbox. WebOkay so it is just this mailbox that is affected. I am able to send/receive mail from inside our domain. The only thing not working correctly is receiving mail from external domains. This isn’t a problem for 100s of other mailboxes in our tenant. I did just get a NDR. It says: Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups:
